Returns
Refunds and exchanges are granted for any damage during shipping, or
any defects in the quality of the product. Please send an emailed
picture of the damaged item first.
Because each collar is custom made, we cannot accept returns for the wrong size, color, or type ordered.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days after receipt of item.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if work has not begun on the item. As soon
as the materials are cut and sewing begins, the order can no longer be
cancelled in full.
Pre-Made Collars
If you ordered a collar that was already made (aka not custom), those
are returnable. If the collar is pre-made, it will say so in the
listing. You will get a refund for the price of the collar, not
shipping, when the item has been returned to Caninedesign. Contact us for a return mailing address.
